Who We Are

Martin Homes is a local custom home builder that has earned a reputation for building homes of amazing quality at extremely affordable prices.  We specialize in building single-family homes on our lots or clients’ lands.  We are a small, hands-on builder; we keep our overhead costs down so we can pass the savings on to our clients.  We answer our phones, walk our jobsites daily and communicate with our clients at every stage of construction.  We look at each home we build as a unique opportunity to create a residence that will enhance the client’s lifestyle for years to come.

Where we Build

Martin Homes is currently building homes across Northern Colorado.  We build primarily in Weld and Larimer counties, including but not limited to: Greeley, Windsor, Loveland, Windsor, Wellington, Eaton, Johnstown, Milliken, Berthoud, Kersey, Fort Lupton, Brighton, and LaSalle. We can also build on your lot.
